What about your diet? Do you follow any specific rules? Do you have a signature recipe using Schukin Lab products?
Yes, I follow certain rules—especially when it comes to feeling good and maintaining healthy, glowing skin. I make sure to include fatty fish in my diet, as it's rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. These essential fats support the body on multiple levels: they reduce the risk of chronic diseases, help preserve skin elasticity, and promote a radiant complexion. Fatty fish is also a great natural source of vitamin D.
My daily meals include plenty of greens. Some of my favorites are kale—packed with vitamins A, B, C, and K, and fiber; avocado—for its healthy fats and nutrient density; walnuts and broccoli. I also enjoy dark chocolate and green tea with jasmine and a slice of lemon.
Since I spend a lot of time working, it’s not always easy to consume enough greens. That’s why I supplement my diet with Schukin Lab superfood blends.
